Check the batch report.

Published independent reports are linked to their batch numbers. A pending report is shown as pending; current ordering availability is displayed separately.

01

Match the batch

Compare the code on your packaging with the sample and batch identifiers on the published report.

02

Read the measured results

Identity, purity and quantity are separate findings. Check which methods and results the report actually includes.

03

Check report availability

Use the product page or batch lookup to find an available report. A pending status is not a published independent result.

How ordering works.

Three steps from choosing a pen to checking its lab report.

Step 1

Choose your pens.

Every research line shows its batch status before you buy.

Step 2

Pay securely by bank.

Checkout runs through Fena. No card details are stored with us.

Step 3

Check your batch.

Enter the code on your box to look for an available lab report.

Questions, answered.

What does research use only mean?

Vivora pens are sold for laboratory research, such as stability, formulation and delivery-device studies. They are not medicines and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over and buying for research. See the research use policy.

Where can I find batch reports?

See lab reports or the relevant product page for the current status. Where a report is available, match its sample and batch details to your packaging and check the named laboratory and methods. A pending report is not a confirmed test result.

What's in each box?

One pre-filled research pen, or two for GLOW and NAD+, in a window box printed with its batch code and closed with a numbered tamper seal.

How do I know my pen is genuine?

Check the packaging and printed batch number, then look for its published report. Contact Vivora using the details on our contact page if anything needs checking.

How do I pay?

By bank payment through Fena at checkout. You approve the payment in your own banking app, and we never see your bank details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders paid before 3pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day, tracked and signed for. UK delivery is usually the next working day. You can follow it on the tracking page. Full details are in the shipping policy.

How should pens be stored?

Follow the storage conditions printed on the box, and keep pens sealed in their box until they're used in your research.

Can I return an order?

Unopened boxes with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours. See the refund policy.

Do you supply labs in bulk?

See the wholesale page to enquire about quantities and current terms.

How to read a peptide lab report

Start with the sample and the test method, not just the largest percentage on the page. A report is evidence about the material tested, within the scope of the analyses listed.

By Vivora · Published 28 September 2026

1. Match the report to the product

Record the product name, sample description, batch or lot identifier, report number and test date. Compare them with the product listing and packaging. A similar compound name or a report for an earlier batch is not enough to establish that the document relates to your purchase.

Keep the report with your laboratory purchasing records. If a batch identifier is missing or inconsistent, ask the supplier to explain the connection before relying on the result. A report does not authenticate every individual box or show what happened to the material after sampling.

2. Read identity, purity and quantity separately

These fields answer different questions. Identity concerns the material detected. Chromatographic purity describes a result produced by a particular separation and detection method. Quantity or content must be read with its own units and basis.

Waters describes LC-MS workflows that combine chromatographic separation with mass information to characterise peptides and impurities. Its application note also explains that an optical chromatogram can leave some impurities unresolved; a peak alone is not a complete structural description. See Waters' peptide-characterisation example.

A useful illustration of the distinction is a Thermo Fisher certificate for Cortistatin 14: it lists HPLC purity of 95.9% and peptide content of 71.1% separately. This is an external example, not a Vivora product or test result. Do not use a purity percentage as a substitute for the reported quantity in milligrams.

3. Check the units and the scope

Is the reported amount per pen, per vial, per millilitre or for the sample submitted? Is a blend reported component by component? Compare like with like: a box total and a single-container result are different quantities. If the document does not explain the basis, ask the laboratory or supplier rather than supplying your own assumption.

Look for the analyses actually listed. A purity entry is not a sterility result, an endotoxin result or a demonstration of suitability for human administration. Do not extend a test conclusion to a property that the report has not assessed. Vivora products remain laboratory research materials.

4. Verify the document with the laboratory

Use the laboratory's own verification route where available, rather than relying only on an image hosted by a seller. Janoshik provides a Verify link and a public-results link on its official website; it also identifies report QR codes as a verification route. Compare the returned record with the document you were shown.

Successful document verification establishes that the laboratory record exists. You still need to check the sample description and its connection to the product's batch. Save the original link and the date you checked it.

5. A pending report is not a result

On Vivora, a pending report means no published independent result is being claimed for that entry. It is not a pass, a failure or a purity percentage. The lab-report page shows the current published records; packaging and batch checks explain how to look up a code.

Each product page shows its own batch-report status in a batch-analysis panel: Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 & TB-500, GLOW and NAD+.

For a purchasing decision, note what is established, what remains unavailable and what your laboratory requires before accepting material. Contact Vivora if you need the documentation associated with a specific product or batch.
