Check the batch report.

Published independent reports are linked to their batch numbers. A pending report is shown as pending; current ordering availability is displayed separately.

01

Match the batch

Compare the code on your packaging with the sample and batch identifiers on the published report.

02

Read the measured results

Identity, purity and quantity are separate findings. Check which methods and results the report actually includes.

03

Check report availability

Use the product page or batch lookup to find an available report. A pending status is not a published independent result.

Questions, answered.

What does research use only mean?

Vivora pens are sold for laboratory research, such as stability, formulation and delivery-device studies. They are not medicines and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over and buying for research. See the research use policy.

Where can I find batch reports?

See lab reports or the relevant product page for the current status. Where a report is available, match its sample and batch details to your packaging and check the named laboratory and methods. A pending report is not a confirmed test result.

What's in each box?

One pre-filled research pen, or two for GLOW and NAD+, in a window box printed with its batch code and closed with a numbered tamper seal.

How do I know my pen is genuine?

Check the packaging and printed batch number, then look for its published report. Contact Vivora using the details on our contact page if anything needs checking.

How do I pay?

By bank payment through Fena at checkout. You approve the payment in your own banking app, and we never see your bank details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders paid before 3pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day, tracked and signed for. UK delivery is usually the next working day. You can follow it on the tracking page. Full details are in the shipping policy.

How should pens be stored?

Follow the storage conditions printed on the box, and keep pens sealed in their box until they're used in your research.

Can I return an order?

Unopened boxes with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours. See the refund policy.

Do you supply labs in bulk?

See the wholesale page to enquire about quantities and current terms.

Research pens and vials: what to compare

The container is only one part of a laboratory purchasing decision. Compare the formulation, quantity, pack contents and documentation before comparing prices.

Either way, the container does not establish the contents, quantity or documentation. Check those for the exact listing.

Vivora sells pens only, not vials

Vivora supplies pre-filled research pens for UK delivery and does not sell vials. Its current lines, with the label strength per box, pens per box and catalogue price:

Each product page shows current stock and the batch-report status. Compare the full range.

Start with the actual format

A listing described as a pen, a vial or a cartridge does not tell you everything about the contents. Check whether the material is supplied as a solution or a dry preparation, what the stated quantity refers to, and which product documentation accompanies it. Do not infer shelf life, storage conditions or analytical suitability from the shape of the container.

Vivora's current range is supplied as pre-filled research pens. This guide does not imply that Vivora sells empty devices, replacement cartridges or vial versions of the same products. Check each current product listing for what is actually included.

Separate the box total from each container

Read both the amount and the container count. The same box total can be divided across different numbers of containers, which matters for inventory and sample records.

  • Retatrutide: the listed format is one 40mg research pen.
  • Tirzepatide: the listed format is one 40mg research pen.
  • NAD+: the 1000mg box total is supplied as two 500mg pens. NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide.

These are label and pack descriptions, not independent laboratory measurements. Check the corresponding report status separately.

Compare blends component by component

A blend should not be compared with a single-compound product as though all of its stated mass were one ingredient. Vivora's BPC-157 & TB-500 listing combines 10mg of each compound. GLOW combines BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and GHK-Cu 50mg in a two-pen pack; it is not a standalone GHK-Cu product.

Record each component and its stated amount when comparing listings. If the component split or the basis of a test result is unclear, request clarification rather than treating the total as interchangeable.

Why pens cost more per mg than vials

A pre-filled pen includes the device and the filling step as well as the material, so its price per mg is usually higher than a vial with the same stated amount. Compare the price per mg of each component, alongside the container count and the batch documentation, rather than box prices alone.

Compare documentation and supply terms

Before ordering, check the product's current availability, delivery charge, UK delivery arrangements and any product-specific storage information. A pen-versus-vial comparison cannot establish a universal storage temperature or usable lifetime; use the documented conditions for the exact material supplied.

Review the batch identifier and any published test report alongside the commercial details. Our report-reading guide explains why identity, purity and quantity should be assessed separately. For larger laboratory orders, wholesale supply includes its own quantity and pricing information.

Research format does not mean prescribed medicine

Vivora's products are supplied for laboratory research. A pre-filled format does not make them medicines or products for self-injection. This comparison concerns purchasing records and product information only. It does not describe preparation, dosing or administration. Read the research-use policy and ask about product documentation if anything is missing.

Product examples and prices come from Vivora's published range and are updated whenever the catalogue changes. Stock changes; confirm it on the product page before ordering.

Common questions

Does Vivora sell vials?

No. Vivora's range is pre-filled research pens only.

How do I compare a blend pen with other listings?

Compare each component's stated amount, not the box total. Vivora's BPC-157 & TB-500 pen is 10mg + 10mg; some other UK listings are 20mg + 20mg.

Where is the batch information?

The batch code is printed on the box. Each product page shows whether a report for that batch is published or pending, and the packaging check page explains how to look a code up.
