Compare the range.

Label strengths as printed on the box. Purity and verified content rows appear here as each batch's lab report is published.

Check the batch report.

Published independent reports are linked to their batch numbers. A pending report is shown as pending; current ordering availability is displayed separately.

01

Match the batch

Compare the code on your packaging with the sample and batch identifiers on the published report.

02

Read the measured results

Identity, purity and quantity are separate findings. Check which methods and results the report actually includes.

03

Check report availability

Use the product page or batch lookup to find an available report. A pending status is not a published independent result.

Questions, answered.

What does research use only mean?

Vivora pens are sold for laboratory research, such as stability, formulation and delivery-device studies. They are not medicines and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over and buying for research. See the research use policy.

Where can I find batch reports?

See lab reports or the relevant product page for the current status. Where a report is available, match its sample and batch details to your packaging and check the named laboratory and methods. A pending report is not a confirmed test result.

What's in each box?

One pre-filled research pen, or two for GLOW and NAD+, in a window box printed with its batch code and closed with a numbered tamper seal.

How do I know my pen is genuine?

Check the packaging and printed batch number, then look for its published report. Contact Vivora using the details on our contact page if anything needs checking.

How do I pay?

By bank payment through Fena at checkout. You approve the payment in your own banking app, and we never see your bank details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders paid before 3pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day, tracked and signed for. UK delivery is usually the next working day. You can follow it on the tracking page. Full details are in the shipping policy.

How should pens be stored?

Follow the storage conditions printed on the box, and keep pens sealed in their box until they're used in your research.

Can I return an order?

Unopened boxes with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours. See the refund policy.

Do you supply labs in bulk?

See the wholesale page to enquire about quantities and current terms.

Information we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, organisation, delivery address, optional telephone number, selected products, research-use confirmation and order/payment status. We also process limited technical information to secure checkout and prevent duplicate requests. If you contact us, we keep the information needed to respond.

How we use it

We use this information to take steps at your request before a purchase, fulfil our contract, arrange delivery, handle queries and refunds, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping duties. We use limited technical and order information for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, securing the service and resolving payment problems. Marketing is separate from ordering.

Payments and service providers

Fena and your bank handle the bank-payment authorisation. We receive a payment reference and status, not your banking password. Vercel hosts the website and private order records; Resend delivers order emails. If you accept advertising cookies, Whop also receives limited information, described under analytics and advertising. We share the delivery information needed by the carrier handling your parcel. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Contact us for details relevant to your order.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage to remember your basket and research-use acknowledgement, and temporary storage to let you check your order status after payment. These support the shopping service. Clearing browser storage removes this saved information from your device. An order-status link grants access to the order summary, so keep it private.

A partner referral can work for the current visit without being saved. If you choose “Remember referral”, we save the partner code and campaign labels on this device for up to 60 days to credit that partner on later orders. You can withdraw this choice using “Remove referral” in the referral notice or at checkout, or by clearing site storage. We record the applied code and campaign labels with your order for sales reporting and commission accounting. We do not share your delivery details with the referring partner.

We record limited sales-source information with your order: campaign labels, the external referring domain, a recognised public landing page and, if you choose to answer, how you heard about Vivora. This helps us understand which channels bring orders. Browser evidence and your answer are recorded separately; attribution may be incomplete when browsers or apps hide referral information. We carry current-visit source information in internal links without adding browser storage. We also note whether a visit came through one of our online adverts, so that we can count the orders it leads to. We exclude full referring URLs and private query values from these records. Advertising identifiers are kept with an order only if you have accepted advertising cookies, as explained in the next section.

Analytics, advertising and retention

We use PostHog's European service to measure visits, product interest, enquiries, checkout steps, technical errors and confirmed sales. Our PostHog measurement uses cookieless mode, without analytics cookies, persistent analytics identifiers or session recordings. We exclude names, email and delivery addresses, form contents and private order-link tokens from analytics. Confirmed sale totals are measured separately from anonymous browsing. PostHog processes limited connection information to calculate a daily visitor identifier.

Advertising cookies (optional). We advertise on Meta's platforms through Whop. If you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice, we load Whop's advertising pixel. It sets an identifier in a cookie and in your browser storage, and sends Whop the pages you view, product views, items added to your basket, the start of checkout, the page address and referring page, your browser details and your IP address. We keep the advert identifiers from the link you clicked, and a Whop visitor identifier, with your order. If you then place an order, we also send Whop the order reference, its value in pounds, your email address and your name, so the order can be matched to the advert. Whop uses this to report on and improve our adverts. This only happens if you accept. If you choose “Reject”, or make no choice, the Whop pixel does not load, nothing is stored on your device for advertising, and nothing about your visit or order is sent to Whop. The shop works the same either way.

You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Choosing “Reject” removes the identifiers the pixel stored on your device and stops further sharing; it cannot recall information Whop has already received, so contact us if you want to ask about that. Whop's own privacy notice is at whop.com/privacy.

We retain order and transaction records for as long as required to fulfil the order, deal with returns or disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Unsuccessful checkouts and support messages are retained only while needed for their purpose. You can contact us to ask about retention of a particular record.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or request a portable copy. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations. Contact us using the details on this page. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
