Check the batch report.

Published independent reports are linked to their batch numbers. A pending report is shown as pending; current ordering availability is displayed separately.

Match the batch

Compare the code on your packaging with the sample and batch identifiers on the published report.

02

Read the measured results

Identity, purity and quantity are separate findings. Check which methods and results the report actually includes.

03

Check report availability

Use the product page or batch lookup to find an available report. A pending status is not a published independent result.

How ordering works.

Three steps from choosing a pen to checking its lab report.

Step 1

Choose your pens.

Every research line shows its batch status before you buy.

Step 2

Pay securely by bank.

Checkout runs through Fena. No card details are stored with us.

Step 3

Check your batch.

Enter the code on your box to look for an available lab report.

Questions, answered.

What does research use only mean?

Vivora pens are sold for laboratory research, such as stability, formulation and delivery-device studies. They are not medicines and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over and buying for research. See the research use policy.

Where can I find batch reports?

See lab reports or the relevant product page for the current status. Where a report is available, match its sample and batch details to your packaging and check the named laboratory and methods. A pending report is not a confirmed test result.

What's in each box?

One pre-filled research pen, or two for GLOW and NAD+, in a window box printed with its batch code and closed with a numbered tamper seal.

How do I know my pen is genuine?

Check the packaging and printed batch number, then look for its published report. Contact Vivora using the details on our contact page if anything needs checking.

How do I pay?

By bank payment through Fena at checkout. You approve the payment in your own banking app, and we never see your bank details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders paid before 3pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day, tracked and signed for. UK delivery is usually the next working day. You can follow it on the tracking page. Full details are in the shipping policy.

How should pens be stored?

Follow the storage conditions printed on the box, and keep pens sealed in their box until they're used in your research.

Can I return an order?

Unopened boxes with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours. See the refund policy.

Do you supply labs in bulk?

See the wholesale page to enquire about quantities and current terms.

Vivora research guides

What is a research pen?

A research pen is a sealed container, pre-filled with a stated compound or blend, that is sold as a laboratory research material. Its listing should tell you four things: the formulation, the pens per box, the label strength and the batch-report status.

By Vivora · Published 7 October 2026

The short answer

A research pen is a pre-filled container of a named compound or blend, supplied for laboratory research rather than for human or animal use. Vivora's range is supplied in this format: each product comes in its own sealed, batch-coded window box, with one or two pens inside. Vivora's product pages describe the pens as sold for laboratory research, such as stability, formulation and delivery-device studies.

A research pen is not a medicine and is not for human or animal consumption. A pre-filled format does not make a research material a product for self-injection. This guide explains what a listing records. It does not describe preparation, dosing or administration, and Vivora does not provide that information.

What a listing records

Every Vivora product page sets out the same core facts. Read them before the price, because they define what you are actually ordering.

  • Name and catalogue code: VV-RT for Retatrutide, VV-TZ for Tirzepatide, VV-BT for BPC-157 & TB-500, VV-GL for GLOW and VV-ND for NAD+.
  • Formulation: a single compound or a named blend, with each component and its stated amount.
  • Label strength: the stated quantity, such as 40mg for Retatrutide or 10mg + 10mg for the BPC-157 & TB-500 blend.
  • Pens per box: one or two, depending on the product.
  • In the box: the pens, one sealed window box and a batch code.
  • Batch-report status: a published report with a link, or pending.

Price, stock and the UK delivery charge are shown live on the product page, and checkout shows the product total and delivery charge before payment. These can change, so confirm them on the day you order rather than relying on a saved copy.

Per pen versus per box

The most common recording error is reading a box total as a per-pen figure, or the reverse. Vivora's current listings state:

  • Retatrutide: 40mg, one pen per box.
  • Tirzepatide: 40mg, one pen per box.
  • BPC-157 & TB-500: BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 10mg in one blend pen.
  • GLOW: BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and GHK-Cu 50mg, a 70mg label strength, supplied as two pens.
  • NAD+: 1000mg per box, supplied as two 500mg pens.

Where a box holds two pens, check which figure the label gives. The NAD+ listing states both the box total and the amount in each pen. The GLOW listing states the component amounts and the pen count, but not how the amounts are divided between the two pens, so do not record a per-pen figure for it unless Vivora confirms one.

Label strength is not a measurement

Label strength is the supplier's stated content. A published laboratory report is separate evidence about a tested sample from a specific batch. The two answer different questions and belong in different fields of your records.

Each Vivora product page has a batch-analysis panel. Its measured fields, including verified content, fill volume and concentration, read as pending until a matching independent report is published. When this guide was checked on 4 October 2026, every product's batch record was shown as pending. A pending report is not a result: it is not a pass, a failure or a purity figure.

Fill volume and concentration are not stated on the current listings. If your laboratory records need either figure, ask Vivora before ordering rather than estimating it from the label strength.

Documents to keep with each box

A short record for each box saves time when a question comes up later. Keep these together:

  • Product name, catalogue code and the exact pack contents.
  • The batch code printed on the box.
  • The report status shown on the lab-reports page, with the date you checked it.
  • Your order reference and the delivery date.
  • Photos of the box, seal and pen label if anything looks wrong.

The packaging and batch checks page explains what a batch lookup can and cannot confirm. A batch report applies to its stated batch; it does not authenticate an individual box or seal. Our label-reading guide goes through each printed field in order.

What a listing will never include

Vivora supplies its products without dosing, preparation or administration guidance. It does not provide that guidance on request and does not answer questions about personal use.

Buyers must be 18 or over and must confirm research use before an order is accepted. Orders that indicate human or animal use are cancelled and refunded. Read the research-use policy before ordering, then compare the current range by pack contents and report status.

Common questions

Is a research pen the same as a prescribed pen?

No. A research pen is a laboratory research material. It is not a medicine and is not a substitute for a prescribed injection pen.

How many pens are in a Vivora box?

One pen for Retatrutide, Tirzepatide and the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend. Two pens for GLOW and for NAD+.

Does label strength mean the content has been measured?

No. Label strength is the stated content. A measured figure exists only in a published independent report for that batch.

Are fill volume and concentration listed?

Not on the current listings. The product page shows them as pending, so ask Vivora before ordering if your records need them.
